Travis Dwight 'Ike' Hart

Travis Dwight "Ike" Hart 65 of Amarillo died Saturday April 26, 2014 in Amarillo. Services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with T.C. Messer, pastor of Harvest Life Church and Flex Ovalle, friend officiating. Burial will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Ike was born in Trinidad, CO. He retired from the City of Amarillo Park Maintenance Department. After his retirement he worked as a trailer mechanic for B&L Trailers 15 years and then for his son at Harts Trailer. He married Diannia Smith on April 24, 1975 in Amarillo.. He was a member of New Beginnings Church Ike is survived by his wife, Diannia "Lynnie" Hart of the home; 1 son, Shane Hart and his wife Michelle of Amarillo; 1 daughter, Chrisy Bond and her husband Wesley of Holts Summit, MO; 2 brothers, Willie Hart and Ronnie Hart both of Amarillo; 1 sister, Carolyn Ferguson of Amarillo and 6 grandchildren, Jacob, Shayna, Joshua, Alyssa, Travis, Zachary and Jessie.
