Trinidad Ramirez

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday April 18, 2006 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, with Monsignor Rex. Nicholl Celebrant. Burial will be immediately after the Funeral Mass at Llano Cemetery. Rosary will be said at 6:30 PM tonight at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 South Osage, Amarillo, TX. Mr. Ramirez , early in his life served in the United States Army, worked for Santa Fe Railroad, and traveled extensively. He had a passion and a taste for cooking, he will be best remembered for Trini's Cafe which he ran for 20 years. Mr. Ramirez was a very kind and generous man, and will always be loved and missed. Survivors include his wife Maria of the home, 6 sons Salvador Ramirez of Lancaster, CA, and Miguel Heredia of Shafter, CA; Enrique Ramirez, Alfredo Ramirez, Carlos Ramirez, and Christopher Ramirez, all of Amarillo,; 4 daughters Delores Griego, Victoria Boyett, and Gloria Sotello all of Amarillo, and Anna Maria Romero of Mora, NM; and 3 sisters Lila Ramirez of Las Cruces, NM, Santos Ramirez of El Paso, TX, and Antonia Cruz of Amarillo; 20 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. The family will receive guests tonight from 6 PM-8PM at the Funeral Home.
