Twyla Ann Fulkerson

Twyla Ann Fulkerson 84, formerly of Amarillo died Monday, December 27, 2020 in Boerne. Services will be at 11 am Wednesday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, with Danny Lucas officiating. Interment will be at Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Fulkerson was born on January 22, 1936 in Plainview. She lived in Amarillo most of her life. She worked as a hairdresser and was co-owner of the Fulkerson Insurance Agency until her retirement. Twyla loved her family more than anything. She enjoyed playing games and traveling. She was also an avid reader. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester in 2012. She was also preceded by her son Terry Perkins and a step-daughter Judy Moenter. She is survived by her son, Larry Perkins and his wife Pam of Bergheim; her daughter Kelly Perkins of Boerne; three step-daughters, Kathy Plautz and her husband Jeff of Sherman, Debbie Anderson of Watagua and Melanie Bohn and her husband Troy of New Orleans, LA; her step-son Troy Fulkerson and his wife Judy of Argyle; 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great- grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Panhandle Alzheimer's Association ot the charity of your choice.
