Victoria Munoz

Victoria Munoz, 69, of Amarillo died Monday, December 14, 2020. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with a Rosary\Vigil Prayer Service, Monday, December 21, 2020 at 6:30 pm and a Memorial Service, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 10:00 am. Vicky was born June 29, 1951, in Amarillo to Antonia and Feliciano Rodriguez. Vicky was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. Family and friends meant the world to her especially her children and grandchildren. She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church, graduated from Caprock High School and attended WT. At 18 she went to work for the Social Security Administration and retired after 50 years of service. She was a proud Amarillo native. She was a devout Catholic, enjoyed family gatherings, bingo, bowling, and watching professional sports games. Vicky was a sports fan of the Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, and Oakland Raiders. Vicky is preceded in death by her parents, stepdad, Ignacio Holguin, and brother, David R. Rodriguez. She is survived by daughter, Heather Munoz of Amarillo, son, John Munoz of Dallas, five grandchildren; Marissa Najera and significant other Matthew, Ray John Najera Jr. and significant other Melissa, Michael Najera and significant other Diana, all of Amarillo, Mallorie Munoz and Joshua Munoz both of Dallas, four great-grandchildren, Camden, Ray John III, Joseph and Johanna, all of Amarillo, siblings; Lisa Shaw of Dallas, Thomas Rodriguez and wife Shelia of Amarillo, Stefanie Harmon of Dallas, nephew, Robert Shaw of Dallas, and niece, Danielle Harmon of Dallas Prayer Service Rector Funeral Home Monday, December 21, 2020 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM 2800 South Osage Amarillo, Texas 79103 Funeral Service Rector Funeral Home Tuesday, December 22, 2020 10:00 AM 2800 South Osage Amarillo, Texas 79103
