Virginia Bass

Virginia Bass 63 formerly of Amarillo died Sunday September 23, 2007 at Dallas. Memorial Service will be at 11:30 AM Saturday October 13, 2007 at Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel with Reverend Robert Field, retired Baptist minister officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, Coulter Chapel, 2800 South Osage St., Amarillo TX. Virginia moved to Dallas in the early 1990's from Amarillo. She worked as a chemical dependency counselor for the Gateway Foundation. She was committed to her work and truly enjoyed it. She enjoyed all the holidays and decorating her home for each holiday. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include: two sons, Toby Bass and Todd Bass, both of Amarillo; a granddaughter, Taylor Bass of Amarillo; a brother, Jim Morris of St. George; and Bob Bass.
