Virginia Bennett Pair

Virginia Pair, 93, formerly of Amarillo passed away on Sunday February 28, 2016 in Colorado. Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Friday at Llano Cemetery with Jessie Lucero officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel. Mrs. Pair was born on October 14, 1922 in Estelline, TX to Chris and Fannie Bennett. She lived in Amarillo most of her life, most recently residing in Canon City, CO with her daughter. She married JB Pair in 1938 in Amarillo, TX. Together they raised three beautiful daughters Virginia was a hardworking wife and mother as a dedicated homemaker. She loved being around family, watching church on Sunday's, the Dallas Cowboys, and listening to the old country favorites. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Mrs. Pair is preceded in death by; her husband JB, and daughter Sharon She is survived by two daughters; Beverly and Tracey, 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 16 great, great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm Thursday in the Funeral Home. Reception to follow the Graveside at Virginia's Amarillo home.
