Vivian Lacy

Vivian Lacy, 93 of Amarillo died Monday December 11, 2006 in Amarillo Grave side Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Dreamland Cemetery in Turkey with Donald Lacy, son and pastor of Canyon Hills Church of Christ officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel 8310 S. Coulter. Mrs. Lacy was born in McLean. She lived in Turkey many years before moving to Groom in 1964. She owned and operated dress shops and flower shops in Turkey and in Groom. She married Jake Lacy Feb. 14, 1934 at Altus, OK. Mrs. Lacy was a member of the Groom Church of Christ and Canyon Hills Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992 and a son Conroy Lacy in 1966. Survivors include: 2 sons; Donald Lacy and his wife Ava of Richardson, Texas and Dr. Ronald Lacy and his wife Sandy of Amarillo, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
