William Larry Silva

William Larry Silva 50 of Amarillo died Tuesday March 4, 2008 in Amarillo. Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel with Michael Decker, director of Beyond the Walls Ministry officiating. Cremation and arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Silva was born in Clovis, NM. He moved to Amarillo in 2000 from San Francisco. He worked as a chef in Colorado and California. He owned and operated Lina's Italian Delights. Mr. Silva was a loving brother and uncle. He was very creative and artistic. Larry was very kindhearted. He was an avid gardener and an excellent cook. He was preceded in death by his mother Adelina Silva and a brother Henry Silva. He will be deeply missed by all who new him. Survivors include: 1 sister, Grace Silva Dennis and her husband Fred of Amarillo; 1 brother, Robert Silva and his wife Kim of Amarillo; 6 nieces and nephews, J. Eric Dennis and his wife Kim, Brice Silva, Krista Silva Martin and her husband Greg, Laura Dennis Wolfgang and her husband Eric, Melissa Dennis Araujo and her husband Felipe and Blake Silva. He is also survived by 3 special friends, Ronnie, Laura and Mel.
