A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 18 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Walter Bull, grandson, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home 2800 S. Osage St. The family of Dean and Bobbie Starkey would like to thank all our friends and family for all the gifts of kindness, food, love, and support during the time of our loved one's passing. The family requests that memorials be made to Olivia's Angels, or BSA Hospice and Life Enrichment Center in memory of Zelma Dean Starkey.
